What is Glamping all about?

When is Glamping available?
Glamping in the Eco Pods, shepard huts and treehouses are available all year round.

How many people can Glamping accommodate?
The entire site can only hold up to 40 people in total.
Each unit can hold 4/5 people in each. There is extra accommodation available in rooms above the bar/restaurant onsite.

How much does Glamping Cost?
Glamping is sold as a package as per below on a 2 Nights min stay price only.

There are beds, lights, bed linen, pillows, tea/coffee making facilities, crockery & cutlery and heating. You must bring your own towels and facecloths.

Yes there are plug sockets in the glamping units, which can be used for hair dryers etc.

Where can we eat?
There is a restaurant on site that serves evening meals from 17.00 – 21.00 the meal in our package is in this restaurant.
A catered BBQ can be arranged for €15 per person in the covered area at the side of the bar/restaurant generally this would have burgers, chicken, sausages, salads, breads, vegetarian options are also available.

There is Traditional Irish Music in the Bar/Restaurant area every Friday night.

What is the situation with toilets and showers?
The toilets & showers building is located approximately 200 metres from where the glamping units are located. It is all very well lit and there are generally lots of people staying in the campsite on a weekend in the summer months. Please ensure you bring your own shower gels, shampoos, sponges etc with you as you are camping after all.

What is the situation with heating?
The eco pods, treehouses and shepard huts are lovely and cosy. They retain the heat, however, there are wood burning stoves or heaters in each of the units so you wont get cold at night.

Are there fridges on site?
There are no fridges in the glamping units so if you do wish to bring food or anything that needs to be cold please do make provisions for this by bringing along a cool box with you.
